Here Comes the General

I received this book as part of a book box subscription and I liked the premise so much, I decided to immerse read/listen. Overall, I throughly enjoyed it. I did have issues with some of the plot points, but honestly, I’m not even getting into it because at the end, the story checked all the boxes I was looking for. The narration was expertly done and added to my enjoyment !

Good funny cozy read

The first 100 pages were amazing and funny, felt dragged out after that. Wish it were more in depth.

Romcom Spice is my New Favorite

The perfect mix of comedy, romance, and spice. I really enjoyed this book start to finish. I love the store, storyline, and the twist.

Hot and Bothered

I read this book with my boyfriend. We started out with me reading it aloud to him, but we switched to the audiobook because we're on a road trip which made listening to the audiobook easier.

We enjoyed the audiobook, but my boyfriend did like me reading it out loud more because he was amused with me getting embarrassed while reading it out loud. Reading it together also never failed to make us hot and bothered if you know what I mean.

The author did a good job at writing a story that showcases the fundamentals of a dom/sub relationship. I really liked Rae and Grant's characters, as well as the side characters. I kind of hope the author is planning on writing books about some of the other characters.

Okay this is pretty good.

Both of the characters are likable and I like that both needed character development. Some funny moments and the spice was good. Definitely enjoyed it.
