Self-compassion is a great topic. In today's world, it seems to be missing 100%. Thanks to this author, for bringing out this topic, we can create a better human. When we have better humans, we can have a better society. When we have a better society, we can create a better world. Self-compassion is massively human and we can work on that to bring out more within ourselves. Many people believe that happiness you can gather outside. Yes, but very temporally. If you want to be truly happy permanently, you have that all within you. Affirmations are the key to programming your mind to whatever you want.
