Good but predictable

I'm a huge BB fan. I am not, however, a fan of Will and Julia. I just didn't get the spark I usually get from a BB book. The murders were appropriately gnarly, as we've all come to expect from BB. The killer was somewhat easy to guess from early on in the book which is a little unusual with BB. Great story though. The plotline made great sense and the characters were likeable. This killer had a good reason for the path he took.

The narrator was outstanding!! The story was wonderful!! I couldn't wait to start listening.

Add to your must read, but in sequence

Excellent mix of romance and crime suspense. Her Character development is exceptional without smothering the unique crime story line. A pleasure to read on both levels. Unfortunately the narrator spoiled the listening so much I purchased the e-book part way through and changed media, but don't be put off the enjoyment was worth the expense. What a terrible loss for her family and fans. I was so looking forward to a sequel.

Such a great read

This was such a good book. For me it started a bit slow and a bit less passionate compared to her other books however it got interesting fast! Good story line and it was read well.
