This book is refreshingly focused on execution over theory. The idea of doubling revenue and profit at the same time sounds ambitious, but Double Double breaks it down into simple, disciplined principles that actually work.

What I appreciated most is that this isn’t about growth at all costs. It’s about healthy, sustainable scaling—with strong people, clear metrics, and repeatable systems. The emphasis on leadership, culture, and accountability made this far more useful than most growth books.

Great Information For The Entrepreneurial Community

This is one that I am going to reread every 6-12 months! It’s phenomenal!

I only really liked the end of the book

I was very disappointed with the content as it seemed a bit obvious.
I've read Vivid Vision and a lot fo that was repeated here.
I did get value out of the the final chapters and the appendix

Team building

Too much about Teams and developing employees, not enough practical tools to grow business. A lot of what I think are not very good ideas about including employees in financial matters of the business,
