Admittedly, MC romance isn’t my thing; I figured I’d try these because I like the author’s fantasy books.
Do people really like the idea of girls as property? This installment had more plot than the previous two, but also more eyerolls. Shy needs protection, so she walks into a bar and throws herself at two men, losing her V card in minutes and then rocketing through firsts in less than a week. The way the men talk. The way she loves all the kink. The way folks get killed off like it’s Tuesday. Oh puleeze!
