After a recently failed engagement, Phillip Gooden is burying himself in work at a therapy practice to avoid dealing with his problems. Dr. Gooden isn’t the typical, dull therapist. He has some unusual ways of addressing his patients’ concerns. From anger management and infidelity to intimacy issues and marital woes, he always makes his clients feel better.

Many of his female clients think of him as Dr. Feelgood; however, Phil’s biggest challenge is making himself feel good again by letting go of his past. Between the problematic patients he counsels, the ridiculous antics and issues of his coworker and best friend, and his constant bad luck with dating, he’s trying not to lose his own mind. After all, he is Dr. Feelgood!

Entertaining

This was a good book. I predicted some of the things, but I enjoyed the relationships and banter that happened between the characters. Christian clearly wrote this for himself to play the part, should it become a movie. LOL. I was entertained though.

Impressive and Pleased

The last time I read a book that kept me engaged the entire time was The Coldest Winter Ever by Sister Souljah. This is the first audible book that reminded me of how excited I felt when I first read Sister Soujah book. Christian Keyes really is a great author. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Great Read!

I won’t spoil your read, but this book is way better than you think. Ot has the salacious details I might think from the title, but more importantly you get to experience the thoughts behind and example of a more than great guy with the character Phil! 😊

CAPTURES!

It captures you like a movie! I hope he redo this audio with his voice... I feel like it will make it much better. 😌 Narrator was great I just love when the author reads.

Enjoyed Mr. Keyes first book

Although for this genre of books it was a little predictable, nevertheless still a very good story.
The writing made you "feel for", "pull for", and really come to "know" the characters.

Look forward to reading the next story coming from the imagination of Mr. Keyes.
