Solid story

But if a slow burn to start, but quickly accelerates in the second half. The narrator does a great job!

Worthy sequel

Beautifully written and imaginatively constructed. This was a
Joy to listen to, especially after registering to Bram Stoker’s original. The spirit of the original is maintained, and there are genuinely frightening moments, building toward the terrifying epilogue. Wonderful narrative acting. Truly a masterpiece.

slow gothic burn

basically a continuation of Dracula. Definitely a gothic slow burn but it pucks up at the end.

Very interesting

It follows Bram Stoker’s epistolary style and tone very well in this sequel of sorts. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

A Worthy Successor to the Original

There are so many things I enjoy about this, it’s hard to put them all in order. It felt and sounded exactly like a direct continuation of the original novel Dracula. Everything about it was well paced, the steaks were high, and the payoff was awesome. And the narration was perfect. Jonathan Keeble is always magnificent, but Emma Gregory was equal to him. A truly enjoyable listening experience.
