Somewhat helpful

The really weird and ultra annoying introduction almost made me stop listening, but if you can fast forward through that and get to the actual speech, Liv actually does give out a few gems of helpful advice. The random sound effects thrown in are cheesy and a big turn off. Listen when you're in a good mood and feeling forgiving.
