Good gets better

The first book was good and the second was the perfect finish to the cliffhanger of the first book. The threat of pestilence and the witch of a warrior dealt with. I can’t wait till the third book comes and they begin another adventure into old lands.

nice story

I like this series, it is a change of pace with very likeable characters. the narration is great and there is no need to overthink things.
driving 70 mph listening to a book , sometimes you do not want complex plots and idiotic mc s.

Loved it!

Another excellent book by the great author Simon Archer. I am very much looking forward to the continuation in the future.

a great 2nd book

this is a great 2nd book in this series continued from the 1 book ended with interesting twists and turns throughout the story
I really enjoyed the story just as much as the first book
and there's some nice explicit sex scenes throughout and they seem to enhance the character development
