I love that Lucas got an amazing hea. I cried like a baby when courtney was going through her problem getting pregnant and finally got her family. and her ex mother in law, you are awesome, you will live the very ending

Oh, sweetness. I’m a sucker for a story with an adorable kid and an ugly dog.

great book

loved this romantic story...not enough spice but the story and epilog made up for lack of steam ....great listen Love the narrators I like the male narrator just cannot Stand when he does women's voices but hes a good narrator he really gets into the story which makes up for his terrible woman's voice.

Finding love the second time around

Courtney has just relocated to NY after a messy divorce from her cheating ex. She’s heartbroken because she’s wanted family and couldn’t seem to get pregnant...now her ex’s gf is pregnant. But Courtney is determined to move on...and when she meets the architect who will be renovating her house...wow! Sparks fly! Courtney begins spending time with architect, and single dad, Lucas, and his adorable daughter...and falls hard...but is she making another mistake? Doesn’t help that her ex just won’t leave her alone...and then Lucas’ ex shows up seeming to want back her family.
Sweet story and I loved all of the characters. Great HEA.
