The CIA, a dead assassin, and the Antichrist? Guess it's time to call Sam Prichard

Sam Prichard is on his way to the most unbelievable mission any PI could ever blunder into - to stop a madman who thinks he is the Antichrist! The only problem is that this madman is smart, smart enough that he's been working toward this goal for many years and has never been caught.

To make matters worse, there's no one to whom Sam can turn, because everyone in politics owes this man favors and fears the day he reveals what he knows. With just a former CIA assassin at his side, a determination to save his country, and the thousands that the madman is prepared to sacrifice to his false gods, Sam Prichard must go to the ends of the Earth to try to stop the end of the world!

See why people are calling it "the next Jack Reacher" yourself!

This has been another exciting cliff edging episode of the Sam Pritchard saga. A fascinating interpretation of prophetic scripture making a fast moving story read in an easy to listen to fashion - well done both of you.

Keeping up the excellent standard for me

Part 1 & 2 felt like they should have been a single book. The separation of volumes felt like an artificial break rather than one dictated by the narrative. That continues to confuse me.

The book was on par with my expectations for the series so I was satisfied with the story overall. The serial killer was a little two-dimensional in that his motivations always seemed synthetic. Still, and entertaining listen.

Still not sure why it's call the Drifter

This is book 7 in the 8 book Same Prichard mystery thriller series. I have rated the prior six 5 stars. I still love the first 5 novels in the series, but I cannot recommend the three Drifter books. The Drifter novels go too far in sounding like propaganda. It stated in Book 6 but but was mild and acceptable. In this novel, Book 7, partisan politics and religious dogma become so intense as to overwhelm the story.
