I see me in this, only instead of alcohol, anger, shopping and smoking I have my own list - which includes some of those. I’m cheering you on dear! Thank you for going out on the proverbial limb.

The truth can be startling

Listening to her tell her truth about walking her baby with her travel mug full of wine resonated. I have friends who did that. I works never have considered them alcoholics. I now now I have alcohol use disorder.
