Good New Series

Let me start off by saying that I did very much enjoy this book. But I knocked a star off because of some formatting choices that I think the editors/author thought would enhance the listening experience, for me it was just distracting.

There were multiple perspective shifts in each chapter but rarely were they delineated in any understandable way. Perhaps it was meant to keep the listeners on our toes but mostly it was just frustrating.

I enjoyed the fact that it wasn’t a classic detective thriller story and that the majority of the book was centered around Cam. I think the author did a fair job of creating realistic characters that stay true to what most people in their situations would think and feel. I appreciated how authentic each of their voices sounded.

I am looking forward to the next book.

Emily Sutton-Smith was really amazing with the delivery of the story. She is one of my favorite narrators and she did not disappoint with this story.

very suprising

Got this out of audibles new free book selection. My first by this author. I really enjoyed the characters but I will say some of the book seemed to just go and go. Definitely didnt need to be as long as it was. Still very happy that I chose this book and would definitely recommend it.

Really enjoyed this book, kept my attention the entire time. Liked the psychic aspect! Makes one think about relationships that last for years.

I love a suspenseful thriller and this book did not disappoint. A well developed plot and interesting characters kept me from wanting to turn it off. Lots of yard work got done today and I credit this engaging story for keeping me entertained!
