I found this audiobook motivational, it encourages you to jumpstart your memory skills. It is well presented and pleasantly narrated by the author. It is not too long and you can quickly start practicing his techniques to practice enhancing your memory skills. It does not pretend to be a total workout but overall it is a good starting point on your journey to a better memory.

A good set of tools to get you started

In a brief period, Mr. White shares an easy method for recalling names and facts. The method works well for items that are easily turned into mental pictures. However, Mr. White does not explain in this audio how to apply the method to the more abstract problem of remembering numbers. He clearly has such a method - he is a world-record holder in this area - but he does not share it with us here. Thus this audio is disappointingly incomplete.

Good, but lacking

Interesting. I listened to the first half, then realized I listened to that part once earlier, then remembered it was about the same stuff I listened to in the short review months ago. The first real exercises are good, I wrote them down at work. Then forgot and relistened and did them in my head, listening in the car. I've been meaning to get back to it, and I will. I just keep forgetting. I know that its not funny, but that's reality. I will listen to the rest, and do the rest of the exercises. I need it and I think it can help. Then I'll give a follow-up, if I remember to do both. I gave it half stars until I finish it all, but the first half should have all 5 stars for every category. I'm working on it Ron!

Never finished - So far.
