Ryu, the cursed knight and Dullahan, roams between realms as a harbinger of death. Tasked with ferrying lost souls, Ryu uncovers the remnants of the Lunar Doctrine’s cruelty in a burning village. There, he confronts a beast with a tragic past, unearthing truths about experiments, survival, and the scars left on humanity. With each soul collected, Ryu must decide if his curse defines him—or if redemption is still within reach.

Amari and his sister, Nano, return to the ruins of their village, Bar, where demons and painful memories lurk in every shadow. Driven by guilt and vengeance, Amari seeks to end the cycle of pain caused by the demon chief who destroyed their family. Alongside Nano, whose spirit-based powers reflect her simmering resentment, Amari confronts not only external threats but the fractured bond with his sister that remains far from healing.

As their individual paths twist and turn, X, Ryu, and Amari uncover deeper forces pulling at their fates. The O-7 Council’s whispers, ancient powers stirring, and the unrelenting weight of their curses bind them to a world teetering on the edge of collapse.
