Nixon or Chase?

Oh, the tragedy of a love triangle. It was quite intense and I truly dig how the author had a good balance of action, suspense and romance! Nixon or Chase? I couldn’t make up my mind...Overall, I started it fell in love with Chase....I fell in love of the story plot. I am not into this type of story plot but I admire Rachel Van dyken writing to one extreme to another (from Rom-Com to Drama to action). She’s such a great writer!!!!

great story but character inflection needed

Great book. I listened to this via Audible so it was hard keeping track of the character changes since there was only 1 narrator. He did a good job but it wouldve helped if he tried to change his voice inflections for the male characters.

This story was full of drama, entrigue, and suspense. The mafia game was strong and the players were intense. I didnt care for Trace and how she jumped from 1 man to another, but in the end she made it clear who she wanted. Chase was a well written character. His depth of pain was present throughout the story. The twist between him and Nixon was totally unexpected too. Cant wait to see how Mo comes into play.

Love the suspense & the mystery. I love the way that I feel invested in the characters & what happens to them.

Story was interesting

The story continues the storyline that began with Elite and continued with Enforce. The characters are engaging and there are twists and drama. I enjoyed the story.

But the narration was disappointing. I listened to this book after listening to Enforce with four different narrators, one for each character. I have listened to this narrator before and liked his narration. But he didn’t do much to differentiate between characters in this book.
