really interesting take

i really liked the whole story i just feel like the ending is a bit i don’t know basic. i had a feeling that the side character would be more important but i really liked the idea of aura and her together. haze was a good partner for her but they felt too forced to be the same person. it’s definitely worth the listen just be ready for a simple ending

keeps you thinking

I thoroughly enjoyed this series. I am one of those unfortunate people that knows what's going to happen in books and movies. There were few scenarios I could guess within this series. story line keeps you wondering and wanting to know what happens next. My only negative is the AI reading is horrible and the ending honestly felt a bit rushed compared to the rest of the books.

Virtual Voice needs a lot of work.

The virtual voice does not do the title any favors. It does not read contractions correctly has trouble with words that are not standard and mispronounces the same word in different contexts.

The story is pretty good and I would like to listen to it again to give it another chance if it was done by real voice actors.

cinematic twists

This series was fun. There were a lot of twists. That was both great and frustrating. It could make a great movie series. The character development was a little shallow, I felt like I wanted to know the characters better, but the problems they faced were entertaining and epic. Great twist at the end!

Overall, not a bad series. It was worth the listen.
