Although this book is part of the DERRY WOMEN SERIES, it is a complete story and can be enjoyed without having read the previous book. This book is set in New York, so perhaps it could even be considered a spin-off.

Decent plot,

The story is interesting but a little too jumpy through the timeline. Also there were some typos in the grammar at points.
