In today's fast-paced world of competitive workplaces and turbulent economic conditions, each of us is searching for effective tools that can help us to manage, adapt, and strike out ahead of the pack.

By now, emotional intelligence (EQ) needs little introduction - it’s no secret that EQ is critical to your success. But knowing what EQ is and knowing how to use it to improve your life are two very different things.

Emotional Intelligence 2.0 delivers a step-by-step program for increasing your EQ via four, core EQ skills that enable you to achieve your fullest potential:

1) Self-Awareness

2) Self-Management

Some books for me are much better heard than read, this is one of them. As well when you practicing what you hear it is a better listen each time through.

A Straight Forward Approach, A Difficult Subject

The content is good and I get a lot from it. My problem is when the narrator tries to assign gender to a testimonial. When speaking in a female voice, the narrator tries to speak softly and then when speaking as a male, very forceful. It's distracting as it sounds more mocking than informative. They should just continue in their same voice Why imply that because they are female they speak pensive and soft and vice versa as a male (hard and forceful)? The testimonials would carry more weight if the narration was done by person of the gender that the testimonial comes from or just continue in the narrator's voice without the implication of gender. Come on guys it's 2020 we can do better than this. Especially when the title is "Emotional Intelligence 2.0". (This is not the only audio book that is guilty of this, a good amount of them are performed this same way)

Good Content, not so good narration
