You will also have an opportunity to understand the behavior of other people and the underlying reasons why they act the way they do. Mastering interpersonal skills such as listening, verbal communication, non-verbal communication, self-management, and assertiveness will make you gain trust and respect from others thereby becoming an influential person in social circles.

Short and vague

This book is short and vague. It gives an overview of the topic that could work if you have to write a school-essay about the topic. However, if you want to improve your EI, this book does not help you there. Look further.

Not bad for the price

The narrator was perfect. The content itself was vague. I wanted more in depth information.
