This powerful book opened my eyes to my lifelong habit of "stuffing" my feelings and gave me the tools to grow in my personal relationship with God and deal with my emotions honestly and biblically.

The audiobook takes EV to the next level -- it's very well done and Andy's narration is enjoyable and easy to listen to. I play the audiobook (on repeat) in my car, so I can keep revisiting the principles and hiding God's word in my heart. So thankful for this invaluable resource and God's transformative work in my life through it!
