Do you have full control over your emotions? I don’t think so. Maybe a lot but nobody is perfect at it. Moreover, what emotions are justified? Which ones are okay to express? And how?

All of these questions will be addressed in this elaborate book about emotional intelligence, self-control, the different feelings we have, and how they motivate us. We will talk about empathy, paranoia, the essence of the conscience, and how to be happier and more fulfilled in life. All of these things are compiled into this book, which, I hope, will inspire you and motivate you to be a better version of yourself.

I can most likely specify 50 points why I like this audiobook, but my time is actually important to me, so this critique might not be extremely long. It is basic: If you buy this book, you are going to find out more about the concept. The subtitle fits the content, so there is no question about how legit this audiobook is. So, here you have it.

This is a perfect book for me. I wanted to learn more about emotional intelligence. And this was the closest thing to it.

Perfect length. That's just one thing I wanted to say about it. 5 hours is enough for me to.... well, how do you say it? It's like a skirt, short enough to keep your attention span but long enough to cover the main subject. I think these tips and informational background stories have helped me understand human emotions, including my own, way better.

Not too long, but not too short

I absolutely loved this book. It shows you all about emotions, and that's exactly what I was looking for. The human brain is complex, and emotions come and go. I liked that it explained so much about them. Recommended.

Nice stuff
