Can you be too empathetic? You'll understand the journey of a highly sensitive mindful soul when you read this book.
As highly sensitive empaths, our minds and hearts are constantly working overtime. Our compassionate nature allows us to feel other people's emotions and sometimes even physically feel what they're feeling. This can be extremely tough, as we often don't know how to protect ourselves against other people's emotions. When you are an empath like me, you want to make things better for everyone, but it can be challenging when things go wrong. I've learned that in order for me to thrive, I need to allow my sensitivity to overflow into the world around me with abundant empathy and compassion, rather than trying to suppress it or stifle it away.
If you are a highly sensitive person and think this is just another book with empathy in the title, take a look at what you'll learn.

I was really surprised that everything that was said in this book was totally related to me and who I am.
I was very disappointed when I realized I was counting how many times their narrator would repeat herself over and over again made me choose a different book to listen to. I don’t like reruns and I sure don’t like hearing the same thing over and over and over again just to make the story longer.😳✌🏻. Other than that, it was good to be informed and informed and informed… lol
