WE don't do dictators or kings in America! The U.S. Constitution serves as the supreme law of the land, establishing the structure of government, outlining its powers, and protecting individual rights. Neo-fascism emphasizes ultranationalism, populism, and a rejection of parliamentary democracy. It often includes nativism, anti-immigration policies, and hostility towards minority groups. It overlaps with white nationalism, as seen in the alt-right movement, which rejects mainstream conservatism in favor of white supremacist ideology. The radical right's hostility to liberal democracy and its emphasis on exclusionary nationalism are rooted in fascist ideology.

Because of the neo-fascist Trump Administration, we must act now to defend the U.S. Constitution and the Rule of Law and therefore preserve our representative Democracy. We cannot just watch Trump and his MAGA GOP burn the Constitution to the ground and establish a neo-fascist dictatorship in America. My goal with this book is to empower the people with the Truth about what it is like to live in a police state and thus motivate them to defend the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights, so we don't have to live in one in America.

This is necessary because the Supreme Court gave the president total immunity for all presidential actions in 2024 and is not accountable for crimes he may commit. It is if he is above the law. Because the MAGA GOP caved to Trump, the ICE budget was increased by 20x and is larger than the US Marine Corps budget. ICE is Trump's SS and Gestapo. They are kidnapping Latinos indiscriminately, grabbing them at farms, restaurants, and places of work, and arresting them WTHOUT DUE PROCESS..

We cannot allow Trump to become Hitler 2.0. Since we have lost the separation of powers and checks and balances, the only vehicle left to stop him from becoming an absolute Dictator and burning the Constitution and Rule of Law to the ground is "we the people." At what point is it too late to change the outcome? If we allow Trump to build up ICE like Hitler built up the SS, it will be too late.
