Wonderfully positive and uplifting for parents

I really enjoyed this book as it was well thought out and meticulously written to help parents navigate through the potential rollercoaster of uncertainty, once our kids leave home. As a parent of two, I cannot yet imagine what it would be like to have them go on their way, but this book provided many insights & perspectives to help deal with all the aspects that come with that very life change. It left me with such a positive energy and good feeling to look forward to. Highly recommend this audio book.
