The world and everybody in it needs this. Especially now with all the craziness, social media, uncertainty, politics. We need to empty out the negative.

I really enjoyed this book! It was very encouraging. I am going to use some of the material in the book throughout areas in my life. This is the first book I have read of his and I am sure I will read more!!
