First go round.

This book has been on my "To Read" list forever. I finally decided to listen to the audio version. While the story line was very good, the narration was very disappointing! The character voices wouldn't have been so bad, but the timing was off and made it difficult to relate to picture the characters. I plan to listen to Book #2, but if the flow od the reader is off, I may not make it to Book #3!

Please get someone else to do the readings

I love the series, but the women who was speaking made this story almost unbearable. Her "southern" accent was killing me softly. It's not get fault I guess, but I always understood the main characters to be African American and she wasn't doing them any justice.
