This book was a great refresher to organizational OKRs and was a quick listen. The examples used are easy to follow and the advice is practical. The only thing that was a little difficult was going back to reference material as I was listening and trying to read. Otherwise great quick listen

The book is nicely structured. Chapter 2 brought the most value for me. Given that I work in agile environment for 10+ years, the concepts described in the book are quite basic for me but could be valuable for many who consider switching to agile approach.

Good basic book
