Best I’ve Read on Mentoring

This is by far the best book I’ve ever read on mentoring. Everyone is a mentor of sorts so I consider it a must read for everyone! The Kummer’s have a unique style that makes the book so relatable and inspiring! I want to share it with everyone I know !!
