Great read for a newbie to midterm rentals

Great read for beginners she gives a lot of info you can understand and a ton of helpful hints!

MTR Nuances Were Explained Well

We have short term rentals and long term rentals but none that are mid term. I thought I have enough knowledge and experience from the other types of rentals to just jump into MTRs but thought maybe I should listen to this book first and I’m so glad that I did since there are some differences with MTRs that I didn’t consider and was not very well versed on the different listing platforms outside of ABB. I really appreciate the way the author explained the differences in MTRs from the other types, the listing platforms and how to manage them differently. I definitely learned a lot and hope anyone who is interested in this space to listen to this book. Also, I appreciate that she offers a free MTR lease with the purchase of the book so I will definitely be reaching out for that.

As a systems person, I like to have them as dialed in as possible before starting something! Erin provides step-by-step workflows while encouraging you to not over analyze the process and just do it! I finished this listen with a wealth of knowledge and confidence for transitioning my long term rental to a mid term!
