Not very helpful. I don't narrate my life with sentences like, "I buy groceries," "I feed the cat," or "I walk to the bus stop." It's okay to help with some vocabulary, but it would be more useful to teach phrases like, "I need to go to the store to buy groceries," or "I'm going to the store to buy groceries," or "Would you feed the cat?" Also, beginners need to understand context and sentence structure and there is zero explanation here. Some of the phrases were utterly useless to a beginner. Example: "I compress files into a single zip file." Who cares?
