One key is to look at the way we coil, clench, and contract, guarding our hearts due to painful prior experiences. It is necessary to work with the wounds of the past, but this by itself is insufficient. This is but the first step. Through transforming and healing our shame and wounding we liberate the driving power of activism.

This is the path of transforming our personal and collective crisis.

Our crisis becomes a birth.

This process of transformation into Unique Self is love in action itself.

Living your Unique Self is an affront to shame.
