Information is good. Author talks about not only what exercises to do and avoid but goes into depth about what other things to pay attention to. Recommend getting the ebook or physical book though for a couple of reasons. I have listened to virtual narrators that aren’t that bad, but this one is so awful that it distracts from the information the author is presenting. Also, there isn’t a pdf and she refers to pictures you obviously cannot see with the audible version. Right now, it is free if you have monthly membership where you buy a a credit each month. A nice way where you can preview the book and then you can decide whether to purchase a written version.

Virtual narration is terrible
