As someone tuned into advances in regenerative medicine, I was pleased to see this area of exosomes and extracellular vesicles seemed to be on a favorable trend, i.e, money and scientists turning to the field.
The author effectively uses the metaphor of music notes to explain the canvas of cellular mechanics and biochemical processes. This book is well written and communicates science eloquently.

There’s a section slanted to practitioners with admonition & advice for those open enough to think about adding exosomes to their practice. Everyone will profit from Dr. Parks personal & clinical experiences including utilization on himself as patient numero uno.
Pretty sure oncologists don’t tell patients that the Methotrexate they’re proscribed is so good they’re gonna take a few doses themselves.
In short a treatise about medicine that delivers healing.
