worth the listen

this book was worth the listen now I'm waiting for the next in series

Wow

I adore this book. Actually listened to it a second time because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. WISH there was more in the series. I’m now following the author. Some great twists I wasn’t expecting.

Well-written and skillfully built world

Ara is facing her assessment, the very assessment that will select her path and mate. However, Ara’s life takes a dramatic turn when a friend gives her a journal full of secrets, love, and more. Now Ara has choices to make, her destiny is changing.
The author, Sharon J. Kunkel crafts a world that is intriguing and disturbing at the same time. Secrets are told, discovered and where she takes her characters from there is riveting. The plot is well-written, and twists are executed with each character well-rounded.

The narrator, Lauren Rodriguez gives a nice performance assuming the role of Ara’s character compellingly. She speaks clearly and with the correct amount of tone fitting the scene and actions in the story.

This is a good book to listen to and enjoy the ride. It will be a good one!
