In F*ck Silence, Walsh challenges his countrymen, especially his fellow conservatives, to acknowledge and oppose this unpatriotic and un-American behavior before we give away what made America great in the first place: our democracy.

Owns his shit

This is an awesome book. Joe has the integrity to own his and his own party’s shortcomings and hypocrisies.

I don’t agree with his policies, but I do like Joe and his ownership and honesty of what’s wrong in government.

I also agree that both major parties are sorely messed up, none of them have all the answers to make us all happy.

Joe’s fun to listen to and his analogies are hilarious. Especially Bob and box of markers..LOL

He’s sane and down to earth, practical and thinks critically. A rare thing to find nowadays.

Spot on

I only wish that more people read or listened to this book. Now all of Joe's and my fears have started. We now have a dictator in office.

Trump May Unite Us Yet

I disagree with Walsh on literally every policy issue but this book shows his aptitude for critical thinking, judgement, and reasoning. It provides a blow-by-blow of Trump’s egregious behavior, explaining why it’s damaging to our country and the consequences of the complicity of republican lawmakers.

Walsh is able to express his own political beliefs without alienating his audience that disagrees with his positions, as well as express criticisms of the Obama administration with reasoned arguments (that I may or may not agree with) drawing a comparison between the two administrations and the hypocrisy of the current GOP. While also owning his part in using damaging rhetoric in the past.

As a liberal, I respect Walsh’s ability to have an honest conversation, calling out the facts and speaking truth to bullshit. Maybe it’s our common enemy, but this is the kind of discourse needed to help to start healing our divisions and actually listen to each other.

Loved it!! Nothing better than listening to a Republican who disagrees with Trump as much as so many do. Vote for America in November 2020, not Trump!!
