Alex wrote about "emotional capital" and I think this is important for situations similar to the humbling trial of hiring C-suite. Personally. I am going to have to do a better job to stay high when near “hobby hill” and be happy instead of getting the “disease of more.” Also liked the lighthouse, hill, and mountain analogy is a great visual for how to set an objective, mission, and vision. I have heard of Cotapaxi so this was a great example. Stay working to learn.
