Those sweet little mushroom rings that seem so harmless are actually patches of Fairy bleeding over into our world. Under Council Law, these rings are pieces of Fairy, and anything that happens within them are outside of Extinguisher jurisdiction. So, when humans start disappearing and a connection is made to fairy-rings, the Human Council's hands are tied. The Extinguishers can't protect humans who willingly enter Fairy... but Ambassador Seren Firethorn can. Seren is called in to investigate, and what begins as a case of missing persons progresses into something that may change her life forever.

Virtual Voice

This story deserves a quality voice actor. The virtual voice was awful. What stood out the most was the word "tear". It was used to refer to a single tear drop, not the present tense of tore. There were many places where the conversation parts fell flat when they needed more emphasis.

A Little Lost

I feel as though this is not the first book but I cannot for the life of me figure out which book goes where since non of them are titled as a series. So you come into the story clearly missing how the FMC has met and come to love her two kings and soon to be prince. Aside from the missing context, I enjoyed the book. It was a nice mystery romance.
Not a huge fan of virtual voice as you lose the individuality of the characters a bit.
