Amazing display of faith! Very encouraging and great advice. Brother MacMillan... had been through many things and seen many changes and he held faithful no matter what....

Amazing!

I have read this book numerous times, mostly at night and it relaxes me to sleep. Even though I’ve heard it several times, I always learn something new about Mr. McMillan’s faith.
The book has background audible that obscures the message, however; I will keep the book in my library because I feel peaceful and it removes the stresses and tensions of the day. I give this book an excellent review! Mrs. Ramirez

Priceless review of JW organization’s history.

It was hard at first to get into the book because of the background music and sound affects. If you can block them out, and focus on the story, the characters and events in the book comes to life. So much i didn't know about Jehovah's witnesses. I recommend this book to others.

Great history

I really enjoy what I've read in the printed book, thus far. My problem is making the time to sit quietly & curl up with the PDF or the physical book. So when I saw Audible had the audiobook, I was most excited...and then disappointed.

While it's true that I don't care for the constant "elevator" music playing in the background, the real deal breaker is the narrator's style of reading. His voice isn't bad, but the style is somewhat unnatural & robotic. I barely made it through the Introduction & the first page of Part One which I had already read in the printed copy. Had to return it.
