If my older brother found out about me and his best friend, he’d completely lose it.

I’ve been crushing on Colton Stone for years. This gorgeous bad boy is my brother’s best friend and an ex-Navy SEAL.
At my brother’s wedding, I begged Colton to pretend to be my boyfriend to throw off my crazy ex.

He agreed and stole my breath away with one knee-buckling, swoon-inducing kiss.
The next morning, I wake up in Colton’s arms, hungry and aching for more of him.
Hiding out in Colton’s bedroom keeps things sizzling hot, and we lose track of the rest of the world as we explore the wonders of each other’s bodies.

But when my ex abducts me, Colton must use all of his Navy SEAL skills and resources to rescue me before it's too late.
While captured, I discover I’m pregnant.
I’m afraid of what Colton will think, especially with my ex boldly declaring he’s the daddy.
Will our newfound love survive, or will Colton abandon me to my fate?

The Virtual Voice makes it hard to listen to the story. There's no feeling to it. I can't even finish it. I'll never click on a book again that's being read by virtual voice.

The story was ok but I struggled through because of the voice. I only kept listening because I paid for the book. It was almost monotone.

Just say no to AI voice.

This was a pretty typical story, fall in love with brothers best friend. Oh right, they’ve “always loved each other” they only now figured it out. Very little back story or even enough interactions to see the chemistry. Mostly told not showed. Then she gets kidnapped by her crazy ex and they both question everything. But then wait, they totally trust and believe in each other because they have always been everything to each other! Of course. 🫠
I wanted this to be cute, it it was just blaaa.

Typical storyline, not flushed out at all
