Demetria "Demi" McAllen is fed up with waiting for her fiancé Kevin to set a wedding date for them to finally tie the knot. She loves him, but his time is up, so she moves back to her hometown of Houston to get a fresh start. Her love for helping others is displayed each day as she cares for the sick as a registered nurse.

Not looking for love, she happens to meet Greek in the ER when she assumes that he is responsible for bruises on her patient's face. Later she finds out her assumption was far from the real truth and she takes him up on his dinner offer. Not long after they meet, they figure out that they have strong chemistry and the romance takes off so quickly neither of them saw it coming, however they embraced it and take their relationship to the next level. Not only does Greek have secrets, so does Demi and both believe if their secrets come to the light, the other one will leave. When secrets are finally revealed, Greek and Demi learn that they way more in common than either of them thought.

The book is average because the narrators are not very good. The second bonus book was much better!!! The only reason I decided to review this title is the bonus book. Must find better narrators!
