AI narration is bad but not horrible. Book was a bit boring

I wanted to like the book but the dialog was a bit juvenile. I just couldn’t buy into the story. Not sure if it was the dialog, the narration, or the constant PSAs/virtue signaling. I understand sensitive topics, but I felt like they are explained to the readers as if the readers were toddlers.
