A very cute story

This was a very cute story with a little bit of spice. I however did not enjoy the Narrator. Her voice was ok it was that she used the same tone for the Characters for most of the book as well as reading the lines together it was difficult to figure out which character was the one talking.

Author has much better books.

Erin Zak has way better books out there. this one was so hard to finish and it just ends. I didn't feel like there was much of a wrap up, it just ended. The narrator made it sound so robotic. If you read this one first don't give up on Erin Zak!

One of my favorite books.

This is a great book. The characters are totally relatable. I’d have never guessed this came from a first time author. The narration was mediocre, but the story is so strong, it doesn’t matter.

Enjoyed the book.

I really liked the storyline although I thought in was a little rushed in some places. Thought the pwrformance was excellent and would listen to her read to me again.

Unique Storyline and unforgettable characters

in the last year I have discovered Erin Zak's presence in the wlw/lesfic world. Ms Zak is a gifted story teller with complex plots, twists and turns, humor and authenticity. Ms. Zak writes about women who are real-world people. Her characters are believable and likable with a share of sinister or emotionally unhealthy characters. I love the setting of Chicago and Michigan with an authentic Midwestern USA vibe. looking forward to reading the rest of her works.
