Fascinating Stories Backed by Research

My late Uncle was a hypnotherapist and helped some of our family members work through depression and phobias. However, I had never made the connection about hypnotherapy and past life regression, until recently when I came across some YouTube videos by Steve Burgess. I am very glad I found this book. After listening, I have learned a lot about how hypnotherapy works and I feel much more comfortable about trying it.

I really enjoyed this book. The stories were engaging and complemented with historical research that helped everything come together. This was very fascinating and I'm thankful to his clients for being willing to share such vulnerable details, and also to him for writing this book.
