No matter what people say, this book does speak about fasting & the teachings have to be backed up with SCRIPTURE!!!!!!! Also, those who don't fear God hate the Word of God like the Lord says in John 3:20-21 "For everyone that doeth evil hateth the light & neither cometh to the light lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds made be manifest, that they are wrought in God."

The Author really did her homework on this book. Now I know that there are more than just one way to fast.

I like that this book stood on biblical principles of fasting God’s way. Awesome book.

Could not makes it past the first chapter. The author more or less gives a short sentence point then follows up with one or more Bible verses. So basically you are just hearing Bible verse read to you.
