Fearing the Fall

When a careless shifter recklessly lets a group of high schoolers see him shift on the banks of the river he has to balance the fear of his family’s disapproval with being drawn to the beautiful girl who saw his transformation. Lowell Carey an 18-year-old Army brat saw something by the river in Alaska she never expected. It isn’t every day that you see a grown man shift into a grizzly bear right in front of your eyes. Since that moment she’s been distracted and unable to focus. Davis Locklear is terrified of what his shifter family will do when they find out a group of high schoolers saw him shift. He has a history of being rebellious and their anger has never been easy to work through. As he prepares for the worst, he can’t get the memory of the beautiful girl out of his mind. While the two young people try to make sense of the feelings budding between them, they must figure out how to protect the shifter community from the danger they now face.
