I made the phrase 'over-expected' because it's exactly how I feel. The background accompaniment was wonderful, and the voice was fine, but actual content of affirmations made me, well, ANXIOUS!! Obviously, these folks have NO idea what Anxiety really is. How do I know? Because I was cursed with it. After listening for 15 minutes to phrases that had nothing to do with Coping OR Managing anything in the title I did what they said and LET IT GO. Oh wait, I DID get something out of this book after all....
