The tone is very much the angry incel trying to warn other men of how bad women are without assuming the male has any personal accountability or that men don’t also use the same tactics. This has surface level physiology and a good amount of actual things women do, but his advice on how to avoid it is something some men will find too difficult - be financially independent, don’t let sex ruin your life, and be willing to walk away from a bad relationship.
