Fixated and Fated

I liked the animal companions and how the former gladiators always chase a cause. I also like how the aliens always seem to know the female is their mate. What I like most of all is the ability to escape into a fantasy romance with a bit of science fiction on top!

No Distinct Voices

While this one of the more natural sounding virtual voice narrations I’ve heard, it is completely incapable of sounding female or offering any voice changes to help the audience know which character they’re hearing. In fact, I honestly thought the first chapter was about the male MC, until I reached chapter 2 and realized everyone had the exact same voice. I wish authors would stop ruining potentially interesting stories by using virtual voice.
