I’m nannying for the grumpiest single billionaire dad in Manhattan... and he’s one outburst away from firing me.

I need a visa – like, yesterday. I’m not ready to leave the bright lights of New York for my seaside hometown in Ireland.

So, when the opportunity arises to become a live-in nanny maid for a billionaire single dad, I jump at the chance. How hard can it be, right?

Harder than I thought.

The first time I meet Killian Quinn, I get kicked out of his fancy hotel.

The second time we cross paths, the guy looks ready to slam the door in my face.

Yet, by some miracle (call it the luck of the Irish), he agrees to give me a chance. He’s desperate too.

But when Killian makes it clear that I’m the worst nanny maid in all of Manhattan, I’m one wrong move away from being deported.

So why is it when his eyes flash with anger, it feels like there’s something hotter than his temper under there?

And more importantly — can I take the heat?

Fifth Avenue Fling is a standalone, hot romantic comedy with a grumpy, billionaire single dad and his sunshine nanny.

This was a cute, albeit predictable little romance. Narrator was great for the female, but when she did the male part it was slow and robotic. Male narrator was good too.

Cute!

This book was given to me by my best friend to read and I must say, I giggled throughout this book. The FMC is pure chaos and yet so lovable. The MMC will have you tight fisting your kindle so you don’t throw it across the room, but hey opposites attract.

Clodagh (FMC) is an Irish Immigrant starting over in New York. She is in love with the city and the people but the thing is, her visa is up and will have to return home. One day she receives a job offer that may keep her staying in the states longer, to become a nanny. She is desperate and so is the single dad that in search of a nanny for his teenage daughter. Killian (MMC) is a single dad that is type A all the way in the spectrum. He is organized, on time and has security around the clock. He works all the time and to why he needs a nanny to assist his daughter at all times. Killian is in a bind and hires Clodagh. The thing with our FMC is she is clumsy, chaotic and has never nannied before. Teagan, Killian’s teenage daughter however, finds Clodagh charming and breath of fresh air. They instantly click. But what can happen when your kid likes the nanny and she so happens to be young and hot? It calls for feelings to be heighten and possibly sneak around. Overall, the characters couldn’t be more opposite and yet the FMC will have you rolling. It’s a cute book with a HEA.

The Narrators did an amazing job with these characters. Clodagh’s Irish accent with her quirky moments had me rolling. The narrator for her did an amazing job bringing her character to life. Killian’s narrator didn’t disappoint either. He brought the broody MMC to life and did an amazing job.

🔘Billionaire Romance
🔘Age Gap

Clodagh's visa was hanging by a thread, with her dream of a life in NYC slipping away. Just when all hope seemed lost, she stumbled upon a job opportunity as a nanny for the notoriously grumpy and wealthy Killian Quinn. As Clodagh navigated the complicated dynamics of the unpredictable Quinn family, she knew her visa depended on her ability to endure their dysfunction.

✨Thoughts✨
This story unfolded gradually, and its slow burn hooked me from beginning to end. Clodagh, the resilient Irish female main character, embodied positivity and kindness, while Killian was the tortured hero. Rosa Lucas seamlessly infused the right amount of angst and humor into the narrative, striking the perfect balance!

🎧While the narration was generally good, it took some time for me to adjust to the inflections and tones of both voices. However, once I became accustomed to their delivery, the story flowed effortlessly.

If you're a fan of the single dad and nanny romance, this book is a must-read or listen if you enjoy audiobooks!

The Fifth Avenue Fling by Rosa Lucas. Killian’s nanny for his teenage daughter, but Clodagh becomes more to him. She is a furniture maker, turned Nanny. She has to leave the states if she does find a job, working on her temporary visa. He takes her in and decided to let her work for him as his nanny. He is a grumpy billionaire and has finally realized that he has fallen in love with her, but its to late, he sent her packing because he thought he couldn't protect her from his world. This story was absolutely hilarious and exciting to read! I highly recommend this series.
